When will my order ship?

Current ship times will show at the top of our website. We try to ship within 5 business days, but during release weeks this may be longer. It's just one gal working to get all these orders out so please have patience.

I forgot to use my coupon code, can you credit me for it?

Unfortunately once your order is placed we are not able to apply your coupon code for you.

Is it sold out forever?

Once an item sells out from our Last Chance section, it's been retired and we will no longer be restocking that item. Otherwise, if the item is sold out, so many of you awesome folks bought the stamp set and we are just waiting for more to arrive. You can sign up for an email alert to be notified when the item is back in stock. We do restocks on Fridays!

Do you ship internationally?

We do! Please note that all orders are sent via USPS and rates vary depending on your country, generally from $9-$14. At this time we are not able to ship to Europe, Australia or the UK. Your custom form is automatically generated when your shipping label is printed. Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. Kindred Stamps is not responsible for any delays due to customs.

 What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order was shipped from kindredstamps.com. Refunds for returned or cancelled orders will entail a 3% processing fee off the total amount paid. Limited Edition boxes and pre-order items are NOT eligible for refunds or exchanges once the order is placed.

To qualify for a return, please email hello@kindredstamps.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. Items must be brand new in the original, unopened packaging.

A credit will be issued to your Kindred Stamps account once we receive the item back to us. We cannot issue a refund or credit for any shipping costs. Items must be mailed back in a bubble envelope to ensure it reaches us safely. We recommend shipping with tracking. If the stamp does not arrive to us, and there is not tracking information available we are unable to issue a credit.

Custom stamps or gift cards are not eligible to be returned.

Something is missing from my package!

We're a small company and from time to time mistakes may occur. If you find that an item is missing from your package, please email us at hello@kindredstamps.com so we can look into this for you. Any missing items or order issues needs to be reported to us within 30 days of delivery. International orders may receive a refund for a missing item instead of a replacement.

What do I do if my stamp is defective? 

Please contact us at hello@kindredstamps.com if you believe one of your stamps might be defective. Please include a photo of the stamped impression, as well as a photo of the stamp with ink on it. Any defective stamps must be reported to us within 90 days from the date to purchase to be eligible for a replacement.

Can I have a discount?

Be sure to sign up for our newsletter, and follow us on social media to be alerted to any of our sales!

Can you combine my orders or add an item to an order I already placed?

Unfortunately once an order has been placed we are not able to add any items to the order, or combine multiple orders into one.

Can I get reward points for orders before I made an account?

We are not able to go back in and add points for previous orders. You must be signed into your account when ordering to receive points for an order.

What is your angel policy? 

Any of our stamps can be used in commercial projects for profit by you or for personal projects by following these guidelines:
 All art created with our stamps must be hand stamped. Selling, gifting or trading single stamped images on paper is not allowed. You may not trace, copy, scan, etc any of our stamp images and gift or resell. You may not scan or copy our images to change the stamp image size. You may not use our products in any kind of class or workshop without getting written approval from us. Design team projects are the intellectual property of the designer and may not be replicated for financial gain.

Digital stamps that are part of a pdf sheet may not be edited in any program. They must be hand colored and may not be resized digitally.
When possible, please credit Kindred Stamps as part of your project.

What is your resell policy?

We know so many folks love Kindred Stamps and might be on the hunt for limited edition or retired stamp sets and because of this we are now implementing a resell policy. Any product of ours is not to be resold for $2 over the retail price. This includes in B/S/T groups, swaps, and ebay. Ebay listings are only allowed if it is for a "buy it now" price. Auctions are NOT allowed in our resell policy. You may not use any of our published photos to resell your stamps. Anyone caught purchasing our items and reselling above these will have their purchasing rights from our website removed. Limited Edition classes and kits are one per person only. Any additional purchases will be refunded minus a 3% processing fee.
